Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps if you know roughly how many staff and devices you have, which cloud platform you use and what problems you're experiencing, but we can start with a simple conversation.
Will you access our systems during the call?
Not during the initial review. If a deeper technical assessment would be useful, we'll explain what it involves and agree it with you separately.
Can you review our current IT provider?
Yes. We can help you assess response times, recurring issues, security coverage, contract terms and whether your current arrangement still suits the business.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a confirmation email and calendar invite with the details needed to join the call. If your plans change, just reply to the confirmation or WhatsApp us and we'll rearrange.
Can we meet in person?
The initial review is normally held by phone or video call. If an on-site visit would be more useful, we can arrange one separately within our coverage area.
